Migraine

If you’re struggling with migraine attacks, you might want to avoid including bananas in your daily diet.

Tyramine is a substance that can be found in many foods, including fish, cheese, meat, and bananas, and triggers migraine headaches.

Consuming more than 2 of these a day could make you risk having clogged blood veins. So in excess, they could give you the effect of clogged blood veins, making you have headaches on one side of your head.

Constantly Drowsy

Bananas can make you feel sleepy because they are rich in tryptophan, an amino acid that can reduce your performance and response time.

It also contains high magnesium levels, and magnesium is a mineral which helps muscle relaxation. But, because of this, you can consume them before bedtime.

This yummy fruit also contains carbs that could slow down amino acids going in the brain, which will make the production of the serotonin hormone increase. This results in drowsiness.
