7. Mushrooms
Out there, there are many varieties of mushrooms, but only a small selection of them are actually edible. Shiitake, truffles, and portobello mushrooms are some of them. Generally, mushrooms are great sources of B vitamins, copper, and selenium. They are low in calories, too.
Plus, mushrooms pack powerful antioxidants called phenols that are responsible for reducing inflammation in the body. Nutritionists suggest people with obesity eat a certain type of mushroom called lion’s mane. In studies, this type of mushroom was strongly associated with low levels of obesity-related inflammation.
They also added that it’s best to eat them lightly cooked, or even better, raw.
Your body won’t whine with this next one…..

Thank you for sharing – I will certainly try all of this. I actually love avocado and bell peppers, turmeric, and grapes.
Why don’t you include everything on one page. It’s annoying and time consuming to turn from one page to the next. Your data may be important but I won’t take my time to turn pages over and over.
The information that you purport to want to share is so convoluted with ads as to be unreadable. Every time that I encounter this, and you can rest assured that I am not alone, I find the “unsubscribe” link and “unsubsidized from all” as once is enough of wasting my time. What ever you are paying for your marketing model, it is too much. Bye
