11. Dark Chocolate and Cocoa
Who doesn’t love chocolate? And when we know that it can offer a wide range of health benefits, we love it even more. Your doctor probably told you that dark chocolate is able to reduce inflammation in the body, but we will repeat it.
Flavonols are the ones responsible for reducing inflammation, and they are basically powerful antioxidants you can find in other foods, too. But why would you want to eat something else when dark chocolate has it?
It seems that smokers, in particular, could benefit the most after eating dark chocolate by lowering oxidative stress related to smoking. Just make sure to get a dark chocolate bar that contains at least 70 percent cocoa.

Thank you for sharing – I will certainly try all of this. I actually love avocado and bell peppers, turmeric, and grapes.
Why don’t you include everything on one page. It’s annoying and time consuming to turn from one page to the next. Your data may be important but I won’t take my time to turn pages over and over.
The information that you purport to want to share is so convoluted with ads as to be unreadable. Every time that I encounter this, and you can rest assured that I am not alone, I find the “unsubscribe” link and “unsubsidized from all” as once is enough of wasting my time. What ever you are paying for your marketing model, it is too much. Bye
