Pashka

Pashka — also known as Paskha, Pascha or Pasha — is a traditional festive dish made in Russia and other Eastern Orthodox countries. Made from curd cheese, it is shaped like a pyramid and decorated with religious symbols such as a three-bar cross and the letters “X” and “B.” The letters are derived from the Slavonic form of the Paschal greeting “Christ is Risen.”
