7 Common Essential Oils That Prevent Diabetes

Davana Essential Oil

This oil is extracted from Artemisia pallens plant and it has been used for decades as a remedy of diabetes mellitus in Indian traditional medicine. Some studies show that if you consume it orally, this essential oil can reduce blood glucose levels in glucose-fed hyperglycemic and alloxan rats. Lemon Balm Essential Oil

If you consume just two grams of Nigella black seed every day, you will see results in reduced fasting blood sugar levels. Also, this oil increases beta-cell function in the pancreas and decreases insulin resistance.

You must know that the Nigella seed oil is two and a half times stronger than the seed, so use it minimally.
