Red Meat
Red meat is known to be full of unhealthy saturated fat, which causes inflammation of the muscles in your body and can also cause the nose and throat to be inflamed. When your nasal passage and airways become inflamed, the airflow becomes blocked. This kind of obstruction or blockage of air always results in snoring.
If you have to eat a late-night meal, try to avoid eating red meat later in the night. Try replacing that red meat with a leaner choice, like fish. Some fish are also fatty but contain fatty acids, which reduce inflammation instead of saturated fats that cause inflammation.
