Food can not change this pH. Only a severe illness would, and in this case, you would need medical treatment as soon as possible. This alkaline diet may help you to lose weight because certain foods are restricted that are high in calories, including soda and energy drinks, pastries, cheese, chocolate, and alcohol. And plenty of fruit and veggies are encouraged.
