Cheese
While most (if not all) dairy products are super-healthy, providing good amounts of calcium and other important minerals and vitamins our bodies need to function properly, cheese could easily become our enemies. How so? Well… it depends on how you eat it.
For example, if you consume it as it is, most cheese varieties are excellent, but once you sprinkle some over your hot pizza or a potluck appetizer that should be cheesy, it cancels everything you know about cheese.

Avoid eating melted cheese, and try to opt for low-in-sodium varieties.
