Chicken
Poultry, in general, is a good source of protein. Chicken breast, in particular, provides several minerals and vitamins such as vitamin B6, B5, B3, folate, vitamin E, A, K, phosphorus, selenium, iron, zinc, magnesium, and potassium, but, sadly, our country is actually the household of factory-farmed chickens.
What does it mean? Well, it means that most chicken products available on the market are pumped with antibiotics that aren’t beneficial for our overall health.
If possible, look for local farmers or get your chicken products from a trustworthy source/brand. If not, it’s best to limit the intake.
