  1. Ok, they said “sugary” cereals. I need bran, what about bran; and I don’t put sugar on my cereal so what about that?

    1. The beginning of the article said this…”The first meal of the day should be filled with proteins, fibers, and minerals.” From my understanding breakfast is to be 30 grams of protein so I think that gives you your answer…best wishes

    1. That what it sounds like. Having been a Type 2 Diebeta for years and am now 88 years old, there is more to managing your Sugar Levels than skipping Breakfast. In fact, Breakfast as always, been my favorite meal of the day.
      Try and keep healthy.

    1. Well honestly, if we read and believed 50% of everything they tell us, we,d all probably be dead or starving!
Fact is, our country allows so many different kinds of sugar substitute, and preservatives that actually make our food bad for us.. Not to mention all the pesticides and different chemicals we also use to preserve our precious fruits and vegetables..

In reality, it’s sickening! So reading all these experts, telling you what’s all good or bad for you is all horse hockey! It’s all BAD for us.. So what do we do? Stop eatting? Eat organic ( and hope it’s all “Really” organic)..
They say sugars bad for us, carbs are bad for us, red meat is bad for us.
Think about all that! Then when your hungry, and wants something to eat, or need something to eat… What is the healthy choice?? Drop the 🎤…

  2. So breakfast to eat is whole grain toast , ( can add a nut butter or avacado) oatmeal, eggs, some fresh fruit.

  3. We don’t want to know what we shouldn’t eat, it is obvious that sugary cereal, etc. is not Good. Tell us what You recommend that contain “proteins, fibers and minerals”. Most of us who even venture this article know what’s not good. We are all busy people, granola bars, whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter, the best cereal is Cheerios in my opinion, Shredded Wheat without the sugar is another through some fruit in it instead of sugar, enjoy, used to love, Grape Nuts cereal, throw some fruit in that, and of course good old Oatmeal, through some apple, cinnamon and just a little bit a spoonful only of sugar and milk and it’s delightful! Bananas with peanut butter! Yum! Bacon, eggs over easy, crisp hash browns, whole wheat toast, good to go!

  4. Well if you have to avoid eating this 11 food , then what do you eat? Give us some answer. What healthy to eat?

  5. Why these fear-porn articles? The idea that eating cereal or pancakes for breakfast is going to ruin one’s health is utter stupidity. Articles such as this are simply vehicles for ads. What’s really going to ruin my health is not cereal for breakfast but stupid articles such as this one.

  6. Well if you have to avoid eating this 11 food , then what do you eat? Give us some answer. What healthy to eat? Can you eat some thing like two egg pouch, grits, sausage patties. toast bread.
