Breakfast bars can be an excellent way to start your day or a rollercoaster ticket for your blood sugar levels. There are so many breakfast bars brands and varieties out there that’s quite difficult and confusing to get the best of them. Some might even mislead you.
Only a few manufacturers focus more on healthy ingredients. Kashi’s honey almond flax chewy granola bar is what a nutritionist would pick. Sadly, it’s not easy to find. So, if you can’t get a healthy option, forget about breakfast bars since most of them pack tons of sugar and unhealthy ingredients that are quite challenging to pronounce.

Ok, they said “sugary” cereals. I need bran, what about bran; and I don’t put sugar on my cereal so what about that?
