A lot of people associate oranges with high quantities of Vitamin C. And while it’s true that the lovely citrusy fruit will give us a boost, other fruits and veggies contain even more. Take the red bell pepper, which has about 190 mg of the stuff and can easily be added to a variety of dishes all throughout the day. And did you know it’s also been proven to improve our eyesight?

But if you can’t find red bell peppers, you can also pick up a few green ones. They contain a little less Vitamin C, 120 mg, but they’re still essential for a well-balanced diet. They’re also rich in fiber, antioxidants, and para-coumaric acid.
