This is very tasty, healthy and easy. You just have to combine chia seeds, vanilla, oats, blueberries, almond milk and maple syrup in a sealed container. Prepare it at night and in the morning, you can top it with slivered almonds and half a sliced banana. Voila! Your healthy breakfast is ready to be enjoyed. If you prefer a warm breakfast, you can heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.

  1. As for breakfast food, I dislike bananas and strawberries and it seems many of the above concoctions have bananas and strawberries.
