Copycat Recipe: KFC Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups diced cabbage (use a food processor shredding disc)
  • 1 carrot (also use the food processor)
  • 2 tbsp grated onions
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk (you can also use buttermilk powder)
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Add your cabbage, carrot, and the onion to a larger sized bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the rest of your ingredients together until they’re combined and smooth.
  3. Toss them together thoroughly and put them in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours. The longer, the better.
