I think most nutritionists would agree that you’re better off with no breakfast at all than eating croissants or other pastries… Most pastries are sugar bombs, that’s why they are so delicious and loved by most of us.
On top of that, they are made with refined flour and vegetable oils that are usually associated with maximized inflammation markers in the body and weight gain. And there’s even more… A dangerous food additive, called sulfur dioxide, is often added to doughnuts and muffins in order to preserve their freshness.

Ok, they said “sugary” cereals. I need bran, what about bran; and I don’t put sugar on my cereal so what about that?
In other words, don’t eat breakfast??
