7. Low-carb junk foods
When we want to lose weight, we think about following a low-carb diet, and we are more than right since numerous studies have confirmed its benefits. However, just like any other healthy foods, healthy low-carb foods are also hard to find.
The food industry offers a ton of low-carb foods, but most of them are processed. Take Atkins bars, for example. They have virtually no real food in them, only highly refined ingredients and confusing chemicals.

Always read the labels when seeking low-carb foods because you might get low-carb junk food instead. Yes, they are low-carb, but they aren’t a low-carb healthy type!
