THE CABBAGE SOUP DIET FAD
This is a seven-day short-term diet plan, which mostly consists of lots of low-calorie cabbage soup! You start off your week with just cabbage soup and fruit. You then slowly add more foods over seven days. Of course, you ARE going to lose weight as cabbage soup is low in calories.
But, it is a short fix because if you keep eating like this, you will most likely become deficient in protein and minerals such as iron, B12, zinc, and selenium! Also, watch your bowels with this one because this sudden increase in fiber can lead to increased bowel movements and wind.
