7. Heart hunger
While “heart” and “hunger” might be a strange association, according to nutritionists, it exists. But do you know what it means? Heart hunger refers to those lovely moments you tend to associate with food items. The apple pie cooked by your mom, an iced lemonade sipped on a hot day, or certain dishes served on Sunday gatherings all refer to heart hunger.
