8. Cellular hunger
Do you know why kids, in general, simply refuse to eat some foods saying that they don’t like them even though they never tasted them before? You might say it’s called a tantrum, but nutritionists would disagree. It’s actually called cellular hunger.

It happens when the brain tells you that your body doesn’t need those foods. However, as we grow up, we don’t listen to our intuitive impulses anymore. It’s essential to understand that your body needs what your brain demands. The brain decides if you’re thirsty/hungry or not.
How to control it: Cellular hunger is basically what your body requires on a cellular level; and, sometimes what your body needs is just water rather than food. Before munching on snacks because you are “hungry,” drink a glass of water; maybe you were thirsty.
