Your skin will thank you

In general, when you reduce your meat intake, you will need to add more fruits and vegetables to your diet that contain various essential nutrients that are fundamental for your body to function normally, especially for your skin, such as vitamins, minerals and fiber. Many vegetables and fruits contain vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E, which have the power to fight off free radicals in your body (free radicals can cause skin cancer).

Sometimes, cutting out meat from your diet can be really difficult, but you will have a lot of benefits in the long run, and you’ll love the result, especially when it comes to your skin health. Of course, we’re not asking you to become a vegetarian or vegan, but you can reduce your red meat intake and focus more on white meat, such as chicken and fish.

However, it’s very important to understand that your skin will only improve if you eat a lot of nutritious vegetables and fruits and reduce your red meat intake!
