Brain Boosting Foods:
Broccoli: This green vegetable is a good source of quercetin and folic acid.
Onions: Red onions are another excellent source of anthocyanin and quercetin. And onions, in general, have been used as a remedy for improving memory in India for centuries.
Apples: Red apples contain a colossal amount of anthocyanins in their skin and quercetin, which is also a brainpower phytochemical.
Bananas: They have about a third of your daily Vitamin B6 needs. B6 is essential to comprehension, memory, and receptivity of the “feel-good” hormone.
Personally, I love all of these brain boosting foods. But if YOU don’t, pop them in a blender with your favorite fruit and some lemon…and you can forget that you’ve added broccoli to your delicious blend!
