Not all cheeses are created equal! There are numerous types of cheese out there: from Roquefort to Cheddar and Gorgonzola; there is a type of cheese for each personality type. However, the healthiest options are cottage cheese, feta cheese, goat cheese, and sheep milk cheese, such as Pecorino Romano and ricotta cheese.
As a general rule, try to opt for types of cheese that aren’t processed, as they tend to contain vegetable oils, food coloring, salt, preservatives, and even the white stuff.
