They may be a better choice than white bread, but it doesn’t mean they are healthy. Refined flour, flavor enhancers such as monosodium glutamate, trans fats, tons of sodium and additives, and the worst of the worst… PROCESSED MEATS.

This is literally what you get from a Heat ‘n Eat wrap. If you didn’t know by now, processed meats like bacon, hot dogs, and cold cuts could lead to several types of cancers when consumed regularly. In other words, if it’s not homemade, don’t eat that wrap, no matter how delicious it might be. In general, ready-made meals aren’t good for you.

  1. Ok, they said “sugary” cereals. I need bran, what about bran; and I don’t put sugar on my cereal so what about that?
