- Cleansing Fast: To remove toxins from your body by consuming specially designed foods and drinks.
- Partial Fast: To eliminate certain foods from your diet, such as rice, wheat, and meat.
- Diagnostic Fast: Refraining from eating and drinking before some kind of medical test.
