6. Nuts
By now… we don’t need to tell you that nuts are super healthy, but maybe we should highlight the fact that nuts are a great source of healthy fats. Ahh, they are an excellent plant-based source of protein, too. Additionally, nuts like walnuts, almonds, macadamia, Brazil nuts, cashews, peanuts are loaded with magnesium, a key mineral most people don’t get enough of.

In conclusion… going nuts is super healthy.
