There are plenty of foods out there that can be easily and safely consumed raw. Most fruits, for example, are perfect on-the-go snacks since you don’t have to prepare anything (apart from washing them first). However, some foods shouldn’t be eaten raw for various reasons.
Certain foods can actually be poisonous if consumed raw. And it might be tempting to opt for raw rather than cooked because you have to put in virtually no effort, but do you really want to take risks? Just try to avoid eating the following food raw—they could do more harm than good.
And remember… Even if some of them may taste better when eaten raw, it doesn’t mean that they are good for your health.
