Apples
The old apple-a-day advice is still very much alive and well among health practitioners. Keith-Thomas Ayoob, EdD, RD, associate clinical professor in the department of pediatrics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York, often keeps an apple with him during the day.
“It’s loaded with pectin to help keep you feeling full, and there are plenty of varieties for your taste,” he says. “Fuji, Honeycrisp, and Cripps Pink (Pink lady) are my favorites,” he says, noting that large apples run about 100 calories. For the staying power of protein, consider adding a tablespoon of peanut butter or a cheese stick.

It’s always nice to hear what good foods are and what not to eat
The texts are very interesting and good to know. I read many articles about nutrition, but none so complex and in the mean time so easy to understand like these ones.Thank you.
