Eating and drinking way too many sources of added sugar can lead to many health issues, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease. And if you think that you can easily replace your morning bowl of cereals with instant oatmeal, think again.
Some instant oatmeals may be compromised with not-so-healthy additions. So, if you want to swap your breakfast cereals with instant oatmeal, read the labels first. Or just buy oats and boil them in water or milk. For a flavor boost, add some fresh fruits like strawberries, bananas, or blueberries.
