It does wonders to your bones too. In fact, spinach packs great amounts of calcium. And you don’t have to buy it fresh. Frozen versions are equally good. It’s best to keep at least two bags of frozen spinach in the freezer since you can add to almost everything you make, including omelets.

  2. Quite interesting, am gonna try to convince my “Chef Wife” to give it a try, We do have some Peas and corn in the freezer, but mainly -freezer is ice cream, coffee beans, Ice cubes, bread – and some homemade cubed soups in storage.
    Will see what healthly ‘better’ ways to use this space.
