Kinder surprise chocolate eggs

The Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act prohibits confectionery products which contain a “non-nutritive object”, unless the non-nutritive object has functional value. So, that’s why Kinder surprise eggs are banned in USA. Due to its small toys inside them that could cause kids to choke with them, these chocolate eggs are banned. However, it appears that will be a semi-legalization in the United States starting January 2018 and these chocolate eggs will be released at Walmart stores.

    I’m far more concerned about the foods, and drugs, they continue to allow to be sold in this country that are banned in other countries.
