17. Coffee Creamer

Coffee creamers are prime sources of trans fats, these can boost your risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. You should not consume more than 2 grams of trans fat in a day, and some brands of non-dairy creamer can contain 1 gram per tablespoon.

It’s probably best just to stick to milk, or just have it black.
