They are an incredible choice for breakfast or an easy and healthy snack throughout the day, but they are a terrible idea before bed. If you’re used to drinking your smoothie with fruits, don’t consume it before bedtime because your energy levels will be high due to a natural compound found in fruits – albeit.

Oh my, I have eaten every one before bedtime on different occasions. Soooooooooo I guess a hot cup of camile tea is best for sleep. Based upon this article, no wonder I can’t get to sleep. LOL
