Red meat
You probably know that fatty foods, vegetables, and fiber-rich snacks are hard to digest, but red meats are harder. They tax your energy and stick in your stomach longer than they should. Anything that is high in protein is tough to digest.

Oh my, I have eaten every one before bedtime on different occasions. Soooooooooo I guess a hot cup of camile tea is best for sleep. Based upon this article, no wonder I can’t get to sleep. LOL
