When walking one block, you could smell at least five different things coming from the shops you’re passing by. From freshly brewed coffee and puff pastry croissants to traditional Mexican beef tacos and buttered corn, everything on your morning walk could trigger “nose hunger.”

How to control it: Experts say it’s pretty difficult to control nose hunger, but if we are talking about a dish served in front of you, take time to smell each ingredient. Smelling each piece separately before swallowing it will make you eat less, according to health specialists.
