Knowing all this, be aware that this way of cooking can’t be used to cook ALL types of foods. Among grilled vegetables, mushrooms and tomatoes fare very well. You cannot grill ALL vegetables, though.

For instance, you can’t put beans into a stake because they’ll burn quickly. You also can’t grill leafy vegetables like cabbage or spinach because they’ll also burn fast. Apart from chicken and vegetables, other foods are grill-friendly.
