Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp Honey
- 1 Tsp Ground Cumin
- ½ Tsp Salt
- ½ TsP Ground Pepper
- 2½ Tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 Cups Finely Shredded Red Cabbage
- 1½ Cups Shredded Carrots
- ½ Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- ¼ Cup Pomegranate Seeds
- 3 Tbsp Toasted Sliced Almonds
Instructions
- Whisk the vinegar, lemon juice, honey, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the oil and continue whisking until it is combined well.
- Add your cabbage and carrots and toss them to coat. Serve topped with cilantro, pomegranate seeds, and almonds.
