Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp Honey
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cumin
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • ½ TsP Ground Pepper
  • 2½ Tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 Cups Finely Shredded Red Cabbage
  • 1½ Cups Shredded Carrots
  • ½ Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • ¼ Cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • 3 Tbsp Toasted Sliced Almonds

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the vinegar, lemon juice, honey, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the oil and continue whisking until it is combined well.
  • Add your cabbage and carrots and toss them to coat. Serve topped with cilantro, pomegranate seeds, and almonds.
