Lean steak
Toby Amidor, MS, RD, says “one of my favorite things to toss on the grill is a lean cut of steak.” Steak cuts such as loin or round are relatively lean with around three grams fat and 1-gram saturated fat in a 3.5 oz serving. Steak is rich in protein, iron, and zinc with a healthy source of potassium and B 12.
