Regular Pancake Syrup
Are you a fan of pancakes? Then you’re probably also a fan of pancake syrup. You might think that going for the low-calorie or light varieties is healthier, but these still contain at least half the carbs of the regular varieties.
Just remember to use sparingly and, when you do, check the label and make sure to keep the serving size as low as possible. Again, adding fruits and especially berried to your pancakes will make for a sweet, delicious dessert!
Sherbet
Despite popular belief, sherbet is not a good alternative to ice cream. Half a cup of the stuff contains double the carbohydrates of half a cup of regular ice cream.
Try to stay away from it at all costs!
