4. French Fries
Who doesn’t love French fries? But, like most things in life, what we love is not necessarily good for us. Consuming French fries on a regular basis can drastically affect your body’s fat-storage system. A long-term study found that those who ate French fries regularly gained more weight than those who didn’t.
But that’s not all. French fry consumption is strongly associated with type 2 diabetes. Another big issue when it comes to French fries is that we love eating them dipped in ketchup. And let’s be honest, how many of us make our own ‘ketchup’ at home? Eating French fries is bad, but pairing them with ketchup is even worse.
Try to reduce the consumption and, even better, eliminate them for good.
