9. Nutella
The first thing that usually pops into our minds when we hear the word ‘Nutella’ is hazelnut. However, in reality, Nutella is primarily made of palm oil, lots of sugar and it contains almost no nuts. Yes, it’s delicious, but it’s far from being healthy.
One spread translates to more than 20 grams of added sugar and no more than 2 grams of protein. The worst part is that those grams of added sugar will most likely get stuck on your waist.
So, no Nutella for you today! Try peanut butter, but make sure it’s organic.
