Yes, it sounds strange, spinach wraps with less than 2 percent spinach… So what is this veggie wrap made of? “A lot of enriched flour and vegetable shortening, neither of which makes for a healthy sandwich. Consuming one serving of these wraps is the caloric equivalent of consuming four Pizza Hut Traditional Buffalo Wings,” adds Whiteson.
