I always have Whopper Jr at BK, egg McMuffin at McDonald, Turkey breast sandwich at Subway, all tasted good and filled up well, they are good choice when I am on the trip and needed fast food. Adding salad with low cal dressing for veggies.

Subway is my top fast food Load my sub with veggies , turkey breast on grain or whole wheat bread. No mayo onion sauce with the kickers, hot peppers load them up on my 12 incher for lunch or dinner.

Unfortunately this grilled chicken sandwich has been discontinued at Wendy stores !!! It WAS a good best tasting and healthy thing to eat. Lyndhurst, New Jersey location!
