8. Goji Berries

As a matter of fact, in a recent experiment, overweight adults were put into two groups: One that consumed goji berry juice, and one that received a placebo.
The results of the study showed that in only two weeks, the group that consumed the goji berry juice had a decrease in waist circumference compared to the group that received the placebo.
