Water-Rich Foods

Lettuce
This leafy veggie scores incredibly when it comes to water content. Approximately 72 grams of lettuce offers about 59 ml of water. In addition, lettuce is also a good source of vitamin K and vitamin A. Both of them are essential for bone health and the immune system.
Plus, it is quite easy to add it to your diet. Make a fresh salad or consume it as a side dish.

Cucumber
Another water-rich food you should be eating more of is cucumber. In fact, cucumber is made up (almost entirely) of water! It also offers a small portion of potassium, vitamin K and magnesium.
Plus, if you want to shed those extra pounds accumulated in quarantine, note that eating cucumbers can help you. Add some slices of cucumber to your favorite salad, but stay away from dressings.
