Never put honey in the fridge
Have you ever had to throw away a jar of honey because it has transformed from silky honey into a big lumpy, crystallized mess? If you have, then you probably keep your honey in the fridge alongside other jars of jam, jelly or chutney.
Free up some fridge space and store your honey at room temperature, maybe near the spice rack. Honey is a natural antibacterial, so it absolutely doesn’t need to be refrigerated.
