Also, The orange chicken is Panda Express’s most popular item, but it’s not always fresh. Once a lunch rush is over, and the food sits out, the chicken dries up, so how can the employees fix that? Smother it in some uncooked sauce, of course!

Thanks for this info! I’m supposed to be on a healthier diet and you just gave me my motivation and reason to stick to it. I had always wondered about Arbys, how the meat was always consistent, and now I know. Too bad. I liked Arbys.
