FRIED & OILY FOODS: The most common food used in restaurants is corn oil. It is high omega-6 and is even worse when used at very high deep-frying heat. Consumption of corn and vegetable oils can impair cell respiration and reduce immune functions within the body. Try to avoid consuming fried foods daily.
ALCOHOL: Alcohol plays a significant role in speeding up your aging process. Consuming it in excess can make your skin lose collagen and become reddish and puffy. It disturbs your vitamin A and hydration levels, leading to wrinkles and giving your skin an aged look. We recommend hydrating your body first and consuming it once a day if you want to drink.
FRENCH FRIES: These are fried at high temperatures in oil, resulting in cellular damage to the skin as it releases free radicals. Because of the cross-linking action, it weakens the skin’s elasticity and damages the DNA. Also, the salt they contain leaves your body with less water, which dehydrates your body. Its overall effects make you look aged. Try to consume small quantities to look young and beautiful longer.
