Nutmeg: Did you know that nutmeg was a hallucinogenic? It’s even been said that eating just 0.2 oz of nutmeg may lead to convulsions, and 0.3 oz could lead to seizures. If this isn’t a poisonous food, I don’t know WHAT is!

Raw Honey: Unpasteurized honey usually contains grayanotoxin. That can lead to weakness, dizziness, excessive sweating, nausea, and vomiting lasting for up to 24 hours. Typically just one tbsp. of concentrated grayanotoxin may cause the symptoms above. Consuming multiple tablespoons would be a HORRIBLE idea!

Potatoes: Glycoalkaloids, also found in nightshade, can be found in potatoes’ leaves, stems, and sprouts. It may also build up in a potato if left too long in the light. Eating glycoalkaloids will likely lead to cramping, diarrhea, headaches, or even coma and death. It’s rumored that just 3 to 6 milligrams per kilogram of body weight could be fatal. It would also help if you avoided potatoes that have a greenish trace.

Almonds: There are two types of almonds, sweet almonds, and bitter almonds. The bitter ones can contain relatively large amounts of hydrogen cyanide, making it a poisonous food. It’s even been said that eating just 7 to 10 raw bitter almonds can cause problems for adults and could be fatal for children.
