Processed products have labels saying “fat-free”, “low-fat” or “reduced fat”. Well, the main issue of this is that most of these products aren’t healthy at all. Foods with removed fat aren’t tasty, so that’s why they are loaded with sugar and other additives. So, “low-fat” products are much worse than their “regular” counterparts.
