20. Canned spaghetti and meatballs

Think about how many ingredients you use when you’re making spaghetti and meatballs… six or so. Now, check the labels. You’ll find almost 40 ingredients listed.
From mechanically separated chicken to dextrose, high fructose corn syrup, and enzyme-modified butter, canned spaghetti and meatballs seem more like a school project than a real meal.
